Delighted
Survey signals: NPS, CSAT, and sentiment trend per account.
Category: Surveys · Auth: API key
Delighted brings the voice of the customer into the churn picture. Behavioral signals tell you what an account does; survey scores tell you how they feel about it — and a falling NPS or a fresh detractor is a direct, stated churn signal worth a conversation. ChurnWarn folds those scores into the optional NPS / CSAT component so sentiment sits next to usage instead of in a separate report nobody opens.
What it pulls
- NPS score per account — the headline loyalty number.
- CSAT score per account — satisfaction with specific interactions or moments.
- Sentiment trend over time — the direction of travel, which matters more than any single response.
Signals it feeds
- NPS / CSAT (optional) (
nps_response,csat_response) — blended satisfaction that only contributes when you actually collect surveys, so it never penalizes accounts you haven't surveyed.
Setup
- In ChurnWarn, open Settings → Integrations → Delighted and choose Connect.
- In Delighted, go to Account → API and copy your API key.
- Paste the key into ChurnWarn and save.
- Map Delighted people/properties to your accounts by email or external id.
- Press Sync now to import recent responses and verify they attach to the right accounts.
Staying in sync
New survey responses flow in through webhooks as they're submitted, so a detractor shows up on the account the day they respond. The integration shows its last sync and last error if the API key is regenerated.
Treat NPS / CSAT as confirmation, not a primary alarm — only a fraction of customers respond, and they answer after they've already formed an opinion. When a survey score and the behavioral signals disagree, the behavior usually moved first.
