HubSpot
CRM signals: owner, renewal date, deal value, and lifecycle stage.

HubSpot supplies the commercial context that turns a health score into a priority list. Two accounts can look equally at risk in the product, but they aren't equal if one renews next month and the other next year, or if one is ten times the deal size. HubSpot brings in who owns the account, when it renews, and how much is on the line — the facts that decide who you save first.
What it pulls
- Account owner & renewal date — who's responsible and when the clock runs out.
- Deal value & lifecycle stage — the revenue at stake and where the account sits in its journey.
- Referral source — how the account came in, and whether it's referring others.
Signals it feeds
- Days until renewal — the urgency multiplier on every other signal.
- Contract value (MRR tier) — the revenue-at-risk band for triage.
- Referrals (
referral) — advocacy as a positive health flag. - Account owner is shown on the account view so the right person can act.
Setup
- In ChurnWarn, open Settings → Integrations → HubSpot and choose Connect.
- In HubSpot, create a private app with read scopes for CRM objects (companies, deals).
- Copy the private app access token into ChurnWarn.
- Map HubSpot companies to your accounts by domain or external id.
- Press Sync now to pull current company and deal properties onto your accounts.
Staying in sync
HubSpot enrichment refreshes through webhooks as properties change — a moved renewal date or a new owner updates the account without a manual pull. The integration surfaces its last sync and any error, so an expired token or a missing scope is visible rather than silently leaving the lifecycle fields blank.
